Sending from Norway. To Norway is 20 NOK + 10 per additional CD and to World is 40 NOK + 20 per additional CD. Waiting time for Norway should be 1-7 days before sending and 3-5 days in the mail. Wating time for world should be 1-7 days before sending and 10-14 days in the mail.
